The only way I could be seen an example of a notarized letter, that someone who knew that he and you can see. In fact, a letter, you describe a letter by saying, that the money would be received and approved by the person who paid cash to review the amount. Both would go in person to a notary public to sign a letter in person. I'm in the business of housing and I am also a Notary Public

I would be very careful what it is official, that is, they have to pay in cash if you want to say is that you have a copy of the tax because they can create file, if you have an income. If you're working "under the table", then you and the person charged in this way is breaking the law.

You can follow any desired letter.
Then take the letter to a notary, who require a fee, an embossed seal (stamp) and signature.

I think it is a receipt.
Any office suppy store has a book of recipes, some with carbon copies to keep you one and get the other person.

I used to sell real estate I worked my way through school and has an owner for more than 20 years. I am pleased to have more.
